Terms of Service

Professional & Fully Insured
Our vessel is fully licensed and insured, and operated by a professional, experienced crew. Your safety, comfort, and enjoyment are our top priorities.

Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before departure. We accept secure payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods by arrangement.

Flexible Cancellation Policy
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel up to 4 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours may be non-refundable, depending on circumstances.

Weather Policy
In case of poor weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule your charter. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be offered.

Guest Conduct & Safety
All guests must follow the skipper’s safety instructions. Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may result in early termination of the charter without refund.

Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. All guests board at their own risk. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements.

Children & Pets
Children are welcome with prior notice and must be supervised at all times. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board.
